Disclaimer

All the participants are liable to obey all the rules and regulations put forward by the Excel X Team. All participants are required to sign the Terms and Conditions document prior to attending any onsite event.

* Any participant(s) found not to be complying with any of the rules will be disqualified with no explanation and without any refund of any kind of fees related to Excel X and all its events.

* We encourage participant(s) to take part in the Informal arena even without registration for Excel X. However any malicious activity from the participants will be dealt with strictly.

* Any form of external help or use of mobile during prelims and finals of any event will lead to disqualification.

* No one will be allowed to participate in any onsite events without a vaild Excel X id card.

* Excel X Team tries maximum to avoid event clashes. How ever we will not deviate from the announced schedule under any circumstances.

* Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The Excel X team cannot be held responsible for any kind of loss or theft.

* Winners of all onsite events should collect their prize money within December 15th 2009.

* Prize money will be provided in the form of Bearer cheques for all the events.

* Prize money will be handed over to the winner only on producing the Excel X id card.

* For all team events, the Team leader has to collect the Prize.

* Excel ID card will be valid only from 11th of December to 13th of December. Participant has to take care of the ID card for the 3 days. Re issue of the card will cost Rs.100 resulting in a re-registration.

* Dual accounts found for any of the online/offline events will lead to immediate disqualification of the participant from participating in the event from further on.

* Excel X committee has the ultimate authority to cancel/reschedule any event of Excel X.

* Destruction of any college property will be dealt with strictly and legally.

* Participations/Results will be used for statistics by Excel X team for any kind of publicity.

* Any attempt to crack into College assets will be dealt with legally.

* Above all Co-ods rule.

- "onsite" events includes all events conducted in the Model Engineering College Campus and outside as part of Excel X on December 11,12,13.
